MDA and Orbital Sciences Formalizing Merger Deal
The Board of Directors of both Orbital Sciences Corp. (Dulles, Virginia) and MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (Vancouver, B.C.) have recently each approved agreements for a proposed merger of the two companies. Negotiations were announced earlier in July and final merger is expected to occur in early November.
