PARTICIPATION:
  • Telesat has provided consulting advice to businesses and governments in more than 20 countries around the world. Key contracts in 1995 included consulting on major satellite construction and launch programs for American Mobile Satellite, TEMPO Satellite, Echosphere, and Motorola in the USA; Satelindo and Pasifik Satelit in Indonesia; the Taiwan government; the Canadian Space Agency; Teleglobe; and Marham Space Insurance Underwriters (UK).

  • Satellite in-orbit control and tracking services were provided to the Argentine company Paracom Satelites, ARABSAT, and Hughes Space & Communications.

  • Telesat was also active on the MSAT program for TMI Communications and Co. Ltd.
