Sales Development Representative



Conveyor is looking to add a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. You will help build our Sales Development team from the ground up by creatively prospecting and proactively reaching out to new customers. You will be vital in building pipeline and revenue for the company. You will work closely with the VP of Sales. You will be selling predominately to decision makers in Information Security and must be creative in your approach to building relationship with prospects. The ideal candidate is a curious, self starter who is dedicated to their team and achieving their personal goals.


  • Grow Conveyor customer list through outreach emails, calls and qualification
  • Efficiently respond and qualify inbound marketing leads
  • Help prospective customers onboard and evaluate the Conveyor platform during trial periods
  • Partner with our VP of Sales to help generate meetings and sales pipeline
  • Booking and participating in sales meetings
  • Create and prioritize target account and contact lists
  • Conduct high level conversations and build relationships with executives in assigned accounts
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing on projects that help drive revenue growth
  • Achieve monthly quotas + daily KPI’s


  • 1-2 years of prior outbound sales experience post-graduation
  • Strong experience in cold prospecting
  • Proficiency on multiple platforms (email, calendar, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible approach; able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • You are curious: always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow and give/receive feedback
  • A self-starter: when you see a need, you address it
  • Collaborator: you enjoy working with others and helping whenever possible
