Yes! You can do a few things with our Slack integration:
1. Invite/Approve Access to trust center: You can send invites for customers or prospects to access your portal directly from Slack. Approve or deny incoming requests for access.
2. Query your knowledge base. Your internal teams can use conveyor /ask function in Slack to search for answers to a customer questions. It will return results from your knowledge base.
3. Understand customer activity. Your sales team can subscribe and follow customer activity within the trust center directly from Slack. They won't have to message you to ask for status on if the customer has downloaded the SOC 2, for example; they can see all of this in a Slack channel.
4. See self-serve questionnaire activity. See when a customer/prospect has used the self-serve questionnaire feature and what answers the AI delivered.
