A connection is an organization you build and share trust with using Conveyor. If you invite a company to your Room and they accept, or if they request access and you grant it that’s a connection; if multiple people from that company have access to your Room it counts as 1 total connection.
Conveyor will only charge for connections you are exchanging meaningful information with on a regular basis. An active connection is a customer account who accesses and interacts with the content in your Room. Customers who you’ve granted access to but who do not interact with the content in your Room do not count as a connection
For customers on an annual subscription, we measure active connections on an annual basis. We will compare your actual number of active connections with the included usage you purchased as part of your annual subscription.
Any unused active connections will automatically be rolled over to the next annual period.
You can add more connections within Conveyor simply by inviting customers to your Room. You can add more active connections to your subscription at any time by minimum increments of 5 active connections. We will calculate the prorated cost for these new connections for the remainder of the term and bill at the end of the month for any new active connections added.

For customers on an annual subscription, Conveyor charges based on the number of active connections you purchased. If your number of active connections goes above your included usage during your subscription period, you will be charged for Flex Usage at $120 per active connection on a monthly basis.
As long as users from your churned customers do not interact with content in your Room, they will not count against your number of active connections. You can also simply revoke their access to your Room to ensure they no longer have access to content from your Room.
To remove a connection, you simply need to remove access to your Room from all users of the same organization.
