Not directly today, but this is one of the most-requested improvements we're actively working on. Right now, ConveyorAI draws from all eligible knowledge sources — curated Q&A pairs, documents, and past answers — based on relevance. Some customers prefer to weight curated Q&As heavily; others rely more on recent past answers. We've heard this feedback clearly from customers and it's shaping what we build next.

In the meantime, the best way to guide answer quality is to make sure your highest-priority content is well-curated, deduplicated, and tagged to the right product line. The cleaner the signal, the better the output.

The fastest fix is editing the answer directly in the questionnaire. Conveyor saves that correction as a past answer and reuses it for future questions. For patterns of inaccuracy, check whether you have conflicting or outdated sources. The most common culprit is uploading multiple versions of the same document or content that hasn't been refreshed.

In internal testing, 5-10 documents plus around 400 curated Q&A pairs gets ConveyorAI to 85-90% accuracy on typical InfoSec questionnaires. Adding two external sources pushes that to 95%+. Once your project is live, you can assign individual questions to specific team members or collaboration groups. Assignees get notified and see their outstanding work in the SME Hub which is a single view that surfaces everything waiting on them across all active questionnaires and RFPs, sorted by due date.

You can track overall assignee progress in the Assignee Tracker table inside the project, and send reminders directly from there when someone's blocking progress. If you need to pull in Legal, Finance, or another team on specific sections, you can assign at the question level so SMEs only see what's relevant to them and they don't have to navigate the full document.

Watchers (people who want visibility but aren't responsible for answering) can be added separately so they get notified without being in the critical path.

Red Flags are requirements that could be deal-breakers before your team commits weeks of effort to an RFP response. When you add documents and questionnaires to a project, Conveyor automatically scans them against your configured Red Flags and surfaces any matches so you can make a go/no-go call early.

Common Red Flags include data hosting requirements (e.g., data must stay in the EU), support SLA commitments your team can't meet, specific integration requirements, or operating system compatibility requirements. You configure them in the Red Flag Detection section of Conveyor's settings.

Once set, every new RFP project scans against them automatically and you can dismiss individual flags at the source level if they don't apply to a specific deal.
