There are three metrics Conveyor tracks: answer rate, precision rate, and perfect answer rate so you can monitor how the AI performs over time.

Answer rate is the percentage of questions ConveyorAI returned an answer for (versus flagging as unanswered). Precision rate measures how often answers were used without edits. Perfect answer rate is how often an answer was accepted exactly as-is.

Security-influenced revenue includes any open or closed opportunity in your CRM that had a customer security review touchpoint, meaning a prospect visited your Trust Center, submitted a questionnaire, or both. You can break this down by Trust Center connections versus security questionnaire completions in the settings on the Insights page.

Yes. Conveyor has a public analytics API that lets you pull Trust Center, Security Questionnaire and AI data into any BI tool your team already uses. You can pull metrics like customer document viewing history, questionnaire completion stats, answer rates, and more.

To get started, generate an API key from Organization Preferences and check the API docs for the available endpoints. If you want to automate reporting without building your own pipeline, the Conveyor MCP server is another option. It lets you query your Conveyor data in natural language from tools like Claude Code, ChatGPT, or Notion AI and generate reports on the fly.

Trust Center analytics tracks prospect engagement with your Trust Center like who visited, what documents they downloaded, what questions they asked, and which access requests came in. It tells you who's actively evaluating you and how self-serve your security review process actually is.

Security questionnaire analytics tracks the work your team does completing security questionnaires like answer rates, accuracy, turnaround time, and which question domains come up most often. It tells you where your team's time is going and how well ConveyorAI is performing

Both roll up into the Conveyor-influenced revenue number, but they measure different parts of the funnel. Trust Center analytics is most useful for sales and leadership visibility. Questionnaire analytics is most useful for the security team to track efficiency and AI performance over time.
