Trust Center & Trust Center Agent
1. Visitor Feedback
Your Trust Center is live. Sales links to it, customers browse it, and your team fields fewer repeat questions. But is it actually working? Can buyers find what they need? Could it be better?
If customers are secretly frustrated with your Trust Center (or love it) you should know. It's the only way to continually improve. It's also an important metric to report out to leadership and sales. Now you can.
What's new:
In-App Feedback Survey. Visitors can submit feedback directly from the Trust Center header via a new "Feedback" option. The survey includes a 1–5 rating scale, an optional free-text comment field, and an optional email address for follow-up. Both authenticated and unauthenticated visitors can submit in-app feedback, with no frequency limits.

Post-Visit Email Survey: An automated email survey sent 24 hours after an authenticated visit. Smart frequency controls prevent over-surveying. Visitors who haven't completed a survey receive it at most once per month, and those who have completed one receive it at most once every 3 months.

Both survey types are disabled by default and can be enabled independently in Trust Center → Designer → Visitor Feedback.
Requires admin access to your Trust Center and permission to edit Designer settings.
2. Trust Center Agent: More knowledge, faster retrieval.
Why hunt for data when you can have the Conveyor Agent do it for you? Conveyor customers who've activated the Agent are delivering just that. The Agent is pretty smart, it handles confusing questions with ease, answers with specifics, and can even ingest entire questionnaires and return them with accurate answers. Customers love it, and you (Conveyor customers) are pushing it to the limits, so we made it smarter, and faster.
On the speed side, we optimized how the Agent retrieves documents. If you're managing a big doc library and asking it to pull everything at once, it's noticeably quicker now. This is the first of several planned speed improvements.
On the smarts side, the Agent now pulls from way more of your Trust Center content. Including subprocessors, your company philosophy, badges, announcements, and more. So when a visitor asks about something that's right there on your page, the Agent actually knows about it. Both updates are live now, no setup needed.

Haven't turned on your Trust Center Agent yet? Enable it in your Trust Center settings. It takes less than a minute, and your visitors will notice the difference immediately.

Knowledge Management
Turn Slack conversations into Trust Center answers with an emoji.
Slack conversations are often where the latest knowledge is shared. An SME hops into a thread with a great answer to a complicated question. Then something terrible happens, nothing. The answer isn't captured, it just dissolves into the ether of Slack.
We didn't like that, so we fixed it. Now when a great answer is shared in Slack, you can capture them without leaving the conversation. Just react with a custom emoji of your choice and ConveyorAI will parse the thread, draft clean Q&A pairs, and flag any conflicts with your existing Knowledge Library. Review, approve, and push all right from Slack.
Watch this quick video overview to see it in action.

It's the easiest way to keep your Knowledge Library current and your Conveyor Agent accurate as new information surfaces.

Conveyor Labs: MCP Server
Coming soon: Access and query Conveyor via Claude, ChatGPT, and others.
Conveyor Labs: In development is a Conveyor MCP server. The connection allows you to add Conveyor data and tools into your regular AI tools and flows (ChatGPT, Claude Code, etc.).
Once connected, ask Conveyor related questions while in your favorite tool.
- "What pending Trust Center access requests do we have?", "Approve all of them"
- "Analyze documents on the Trust Center - Which documents are most downloaded in the last month? Which documents require validation?"
- "Summarize our questionnaire completion rate over the last 90 days."
- Or just ask any security-related question: "Which encryption do we use for data at rest?"
We're currently testing this with customers today. If you'd like access please join the interest list below.
