Chris here! Head of Product back with another monthly update on everything new in Conveyor. I love every monthly update but this one is special. We’ve finally closed the loop on our Touchless vision, launched some amazing new features our biggest, fastest-growing customers were clamoring for, and continued to pave the way for a new AI-first Conveyor experience. Enjoy!

Touchless Achieved

A great Customer Trust Program can fully automate customer security reviews and provide a better customer experience. If you’re a high-growth company getting crushed by incoming security questionnaires, this might sound wild, but it’s true. See how Zapier automates 80% of their reviews.

This is our vision for every Conveyor customer: that with our help, you can create a program that removes manual work, unblocks sales, and builds trust with customers faster.

This month that touchless vision took a huge step forward with the launch of Questionnaire Return. Now, for questionnaires sent to Conveyor via the Intake workflow, you can define criteria that pull in a human, or return the questionnaire to the source with no human required. A completely touchless loop you define.

More Enterprise Muscle

Some of the biggest, fastest-growing companies in the world trust Conveyor for Customer Trust. It’s something we’re incredibly proud of, and something we’ve earned. These companies don’t settle for good enough. They (you) also push us constantly to solve bigger, more ambitious challenges (thank you). This month we launched a number of those innovations.

Topic Preferences

For some topics, like legal or financial questions, an AI-generated answer carries more risk and needs to be handled carefully. Topic Preferences gives you more control over answers to those questions. You can now tell Conveyor how to handle specific topics: answer one verbatim, pull only from sources you trust, or flag a topic whenever it comes up so a person takes a look. Set your guardrails, watch how they perform, and fine-tune them with feedback over time. This is live for all customers and takes a Superadmin (or anyone with Knowledge Editor access or higher) a few minutes to configure. To start, open the new Topics section in your nav bar and click Create Topic.

Draft mode in your Trust Center

When your Trust Center is a major element of your global sales process, any tweak is a stressful one. You can now make design and layout changes to your Trust Center in a draft, so you can experiment, preview exactly what visitors would see, and publish only when you're confident, all without affecting the live experience.

Multiple source intake

A great Customer Trust Program maps to your organization. That might mean questionnaires come in through Claude, Slack, Salesforce, Jira, or all of the above. That’s now possible. Connect all the intake sources you like and feed them into the same Conveyor workflow. And with the Questionnaire Return update above, completed questionnaires can go right back out through that same system, automatically.

Submit RFPs straight from Salesforce

Your sales team can now send questionnaire files to Conveyor directly from a Salesforce Opportunity, grouped together as a Project. ConveyorAI processes them, and the status, from draft to started to completed, writes back to the Opportunity on its own.

That means the people closest to the deal can kick off a review without leaving their CRM, and everyone watching the Opportunity sees progress in real time. It's also available over our API and MCP server, so teams building their own Salesforce or CRM automations can wire it in.

To use it, install the Conveyor managed package (v1.51) and configure a Connected App.

Export finished questionnaires through the API

We added v2 endpoints for exporting completed questionnaires. POST to request an export, then GET to poll until it's ready and grab the download link.

You get CSV instantly, XLSX that repopulates the original spreadsheet, and document exports in the original format or as a summary. Spreadsheet questionnaires route to XLSX automatically. All of it is exposed as MCP tools too, so you can drive exports from Claude, ChatGPT, or your own scripts.

Ironclad Integration

With Ironclad connected, you can enable any of these automations:

  • Auto-approve access requests when the requester's email (or domain) matches an existing Ironclad record.
  • Bypass the NDA gate for counterparties whose Ironclad record shows an NDA is already signed, matched by domain or direct email.
  • Write back signed NDAs: when a visitor signs your trust center clickwrap, stores it as a new Ironclad record with the PDF attached.

Swap in your own terms and NDA language

Two updates for teams that need the Trust Center to match their own legal setup.

You can now replace Conveyor's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in the Trust Center UI with your own custom terms, written in markdown. And you can customize the NDA modal text itself. Some customers don't require a full NDA but still want visitors to acknowledge a confidentiality agreement, and the standard "NDA" and "signature" wording created friction. Now the language can fit what your legal team actually needs, which means fewer visitors stalling at the gate.

Both are managed through Active Admin.

Filter your audience faster

The Contacts and Requests tabs in your Trust Center can now be filtered by email address, email domain, access status, and access groups. When you're managing a lot of visitors and requests, finding the right one is quick instead of a scroll.

Tell us what you need

Many of this month's launches came directly from requests by customers like you. Need a specific feature, or wish you could do something you can’t today? Let your CSM know or submit a feature request today. I’d love to know what you want to see next in Conveyor.
