Let’s start with the obvious: if you’re selling B2B software in 2025, you’re spending way too much time on security reviews, security questionnaires, and RFPs.

You know the drill—someone asks for your SOC 2, you send them your Trust Center to download your security documents and get a sense of your security posture, and they still send over a 200-question Excel doc.

Then it’s game on: copy-paste chaos, chasing down SMEs, and updating a knowledge base that no one actually trusts.

At Conveyor, we’ve spent the last few years building a solution that makes this entire mess...less of a mess.

It began with a modern Trust Center, and then security questionnaire automation with LLMs.

And now, we're focused on AI Agents to fully automate the manual work from the moment a security review or RFP is initiated by the customer to the second the questionnaire is done and back in the customer’s hands.

We recently surveyed over 2,000 users and asked how they feel when using Conveyor.

The most common words?

“Efficient.”  “Confident.” “Delighted.”

Some even said “At ease.”

And today, we’re excited to share that we’ve raised a $20M Series B to go even bigger on that mission.

A quick rewind

When we launched Conveyor, we had a hunch: that “Customer Trust” was the invisible force slowing down every deal.

Answering questions via excel sheets was a slow and painful process. Revenue was getting blocked. Security teams were buried.

And every company was quietly reinventing the wheel—building the same workflows, answering the same questions, hunting and pecking to find the right answers in eight different spreadsheets while wrangling different teams and formats of questionnaires.

We figured AI could help.

But not in the “Put a chatbot on your Trust Center” kind of way. We meant actual end-to-end automation and that's what we're hard at work on.

Got a security questionnaire, SOC 2 or RFP request?

AI can read, understand, and process the request all the while communicating with the right teams and updating systems.

Then you get complete, accurate answers sent back.

Meet Sue, Conveyor’s AI Agent for Customer Trust.

We built Sue because security reviews aren’t just about answering questions — they’re full of process work that burns time: chasing files, coordinating between teams, and managing endless back-and-forth.

Sue is an actual AI agent that handles the full workflow: reading tickets and documents, following up with teammates, answering security questionnaires, and updating systems — all while operating within whatever guardrails you define. She escalates when she’s supposed to, but otherwise works independently.

What matters most: Sue gets it right.

And let me tell you, accuracy and reliability of AI is not easy to get right.

She’s producing 95%+ first-pass accurate answers, with humans only reviewing ~30 seconds per question. Teams using Sue are getting through reviews 80% faster and freeing up security and sales teams to stay focused on the deal, not the admin work.

And now: Phil for RFPs.

RFPs are a different kind of problem — more writing, more cross-functional input, and way more nuance. We built Phil because we knew our AI could handle these challenges as well.

Phil writes complete, sales-ready RFP responses on his own. He doesn’t just pull from a static answer bank — he reads documents, past submissions, and internal content across functions like Product, Marketing, and Engineering to generate responses that sound like your team wrote them.

Phil also handles the coordination: flagging redlines, identifying risks, pinging SMEs automatically when their input is needed. And because he pulls from live sources (wiki, shared drives, external sites), there’s no massive content library to maintain — the system stays up-to-date on its own.

Why now?

Every B2B company is feeling the pain of Customer Trust workflows, especially as data sensitivity, AI scrutiny, and procurement hurdles keep climbing.

It’s no longer a “security team, presales or proposals team problem”—it’s a revenue problem.

The shift is happening fast. Already, 31% of companies are using AI in their GTM workflows, and another 24% are planning to.

The best teams see 90%+ time savings, with AI taking on the work no one else wants.

We’re here to make that not just possible—but reliable.

SignalFire, OVF, and Cervin got it immediately. So did our customers—teams at Atlassian, Zendesk, Qualtrics, and others who don’t adopt unproven tech lightly.

They’ve seen Sue work and that’s why we’re doubling down.

What’s next?

We’re building a future where buyer AI and vendor AI handle the back-and-forth, so humans can focus on the part that actually builds trust: the relationships.

This raise gets us one step closer to that future.

We’ve been lucky to work with investors who’ve believed in this problem from day one, and we’re excited to have SignalFire and Oregon Venture Fund join the group and get behind what we’re building.

Part of the capital is going to product and AI—building more agentic workflows, automating more of the edge cases, and continuing to obsess over accuracy.

The other part is going to distribution: getting this capability into the hands of more teams.

I can't leave here without a heartfelt thank you to all of our customers. Thanks for your continued feedback and partnership over the years to help us create a great product that actually takes work off your plate, not create more.

We created a Series B page celebrating you - complete with some champagne sabering...

I'm excited to keep building better AI for what someone once dubbed “the perfect use case for LLMs”.
